About Us

We are a locally owned and operated small business specializing in RV collision repair. This business was brought to life after years of working at dealerships and witnessing  customers struggle to get their RV's and trailers repaired. 

While working at dealerships we watched and were instructed to have customers bring their RV's in and drop off knowing we did not have the time or resources to properly handle their repairs for weeks if not months. It was very stressful and frustrating for customers and service staff. Northern Arizona RV Collision was our answer to this problem. A small business focused on customer relations with an honest repair approach. We are open and honest about our scheduling and work with our customers so they feel included in the repair process and do not have to cancel their entire camping season while wondering when they will get their RV back. Many of our customers choose to use their RV's when possible while they wait for their parts to arrive so no trips need to be skipped or canceled.

We are a small business and plan to stay that way so we can continue to offer high quality repairs in a timely manner while also maintaining good customer relations.
